Service dogs only on event weekends. \nWhat are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? \nPassport to Dry Creek Valley does not provide shuttles or transportation between wineries during the weekend. It is your responsibility to drink responsibly; limit the amount of wine you taste by swirling\, sniffing\, sipping and spitting like the pros. Hydration stations are provided at each of the wineries. \nThere are a variety of transportation companies in the area\, but they do book quickly! Please plan ahead to schedule a personal driver or add a Designated Driver ($50 p/day) ticket for someone in your group. The WDCV does not provide a Driver for you with the Designated Driver ticket. Note that as an event\, we do not accept buses/limos that hold more than 24 people. However\, not all wineries can accommodate buses and limousines so please refer to your Passport Booklet to be sure. Parking will be available at each winery. \nWhat’s the refund policy? \nPassports tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. \nIs it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends? \nYes\, however\, all tickets will be listed under the Purchaser’s Name. The attendee will need to know this information to check-in. \nHow can I contact the organizer with any questions? \n707-433-3031 / info@wdcv.com

SUMMARY:45th Annual Barrel Tasting Weekend
DESCRIPTION:BARREL TASTING – ONE WEEKEND ONLY – March 3 – 5\, 2023 – 11:00 am – 4:00 pm each day\nOfficial Map of Participating Wineries – Wine Road \nJoin us as we celebrate our 45th Annual Barrel Tasting wine event! This is your chance to sample wines from the barrel\, talk to winemakers and explore the beautiful Alexander\, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys located in Sonoma County\, Healdsburg\, Santa Rosa\, and more. \nBarrel Tasting is not a food pairing or themed event.  It’s all about the WINE…many wineries offer “futures” on their barrel samples. This is a chance to purchase wine now\, often at a discount\, then come back to the winery when the wine is bottled\, typically 12-18 months from now. Many wines are so limited\, buying futures is your only chance to purchase them. \n$85.00 Early Bird Weekend Ticket (Jan 17-31) \n$95.00 Weekend Tickets (purchased after Jan. 31) \n$75.00 Sunday Only \n$10.00 Designated Driver \nYour Ticket Includes: \n\nBarrel Sampling at all participating wineries (minimum of 3 tastes at each winery)\, some wineries may charge an additional fee for current vintages (refer to Event Program)\n\nAttendees will receive a tasting glass & wristband upon check-in. Designated Drivers are given a different color wristband and they are not served wine. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. \nWe will no longer be providing Wine Road Mugs to Designated Drivers\, we will now be donating the entire Designated Driver ticket money to the Redwood Empire Food Bank.  \nFor compliance with Sonoma County “best practices” for events we MUST enforce a limited number of people checking in at each winery location. We cannot make exceptions\, once a winery has reached their limit for check-ins you will need to select another winery and check-in at that location. \nAll buses are banned from Wine Road events. A van is not a bus\, but a bus of any size is just that – a bus. Buses are not allowed. Wineries will turn you away at the parking lot. \nREFUND POLICY: Sales are FINAL and non – refundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who will miss the event. The ticket is valid only on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates.  \nSales END Monday February 27 at 7pm.  \nThere will be NO Sales at the Door. \nComplete Event Details & List of Participating Wineries – Click Here \nEvent Map: BT 2023 \nNeed a place to stay? Click Here for Barrel Tasting Weekend Lodging Specials. \nEVENT DETAILS & THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW…. \n\nYou are required to select just your starting winery\, then are welcome to visit any & all of the wineries that are participating in this year’s wine tasting event throughout the weekend.\nEach participating winery is limited to 50 check-in registrations.
