Tablas Creek Vineyard
9339 Adelaida Rd. Paso Robles, CA 93446
Specializing in – Pinot Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre
Tucked away in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, you’ll find Tablas Creek Vineyards. Since its early inception in the 1950’s, it has grown into a must-visit location. Tablas Creek is the realization of the combined efforts of two of the international wine community’s leading families: the Perrin family, proprietors of Château de Beaucastel, and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands.
The property’s elevation averages 1,500 feet, and the shallow, rocky limestone soils are of the same geologic origin as those at Beaucastel. Summer days are hot and sunny, but the influence of the nearby Pacific cools the nights, and the remarkably Rhône-like Paso Robles climate allows the grapes to mature fully and yet retain crisp acidity. Ample rainfall in the winter allows most of the vineyard to be dry-farmed each year.
Specializing in Viognier, Mourvedre, and Syrah and lesser known wines for visitors to enjoy as a single varietal such as Tannat, Clairette Blanche, and Picardan. If you’re looking fora side-by-side tasting from two of the top wine regions, we recommend Tablas Creek’s Espirit de Tablas and Chateau de Beaucastel’s Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
Th Estate Wines

Specializing in – Syrah, Blends, Mourvèdre
Proprietors Jennifer and Terry Hoage focus primarily on the production of Rhone-style wines from their sustainably farmed estate in the rolling hills of the acclaimed Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Just off Highway 46, the special climate and unique calcareous terroir of TH Estate Wines produces exceptional fruit that is forward and focused. The Hoages’ traditional, minimalist approach to winemaking and sustainable practices inspired Robert Parker to write:
“This is the kind of wine the Central Coast should be producing more.”
The winery and tasting room, constructed in 2004 by Terry, his parents, and uncle, is a 3,000 square foot steel-framed building faced with 150-year-old barn wood, salvaged from Iowa. Though small, the winery building boasts a full production facility along with two intimate tasting rooms. The historic barn wood is used throughout to compliment the authenticity of our tasting experiences.
The TH Estate Wines portfolio features two distinct brands that represent different stylistic approaches to winemaking. TH Vineyards consists of the classic lineup of estate red and white Rhone-style wines that the Hoages began crafting in 2002. The 3000 case production includes both cuvee and varietal bottlings of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, and Roussanne.
